TJ advocates for the youth!  Bringing forward his knowledge, experience, and mission to steer our youth towards a prosperous and fulfilling life.  From first-hand experience and actual high demand, real estate and the Trades have immense growth opportunities.  Current day economic challenges (i.e. gentrification, corporate expansions, educational system, etc.) have direct impact on their future.  During the course of their development, the youth need to learn financial literacy and critical thinking.  TJ incorporates these within his real estate and entrepreneurship courses.  He seeks for his students to not just survive, but THRIVE!
