Thomas “TJ” Loftin spent years observing business and real estate trends as an investor. He watched major disruptions in both of those areas, such as Gentrification Opportunity Zones and Airbnb. So, he traveled the country to closely monitor what's going on and realized that in less than a decade most people won't be able to afford real estate ownership nor be able to rent a building to start a business. “We are raising the first generation of non-homeowners, and that’s dangerous.”
TJ live in Pasadena, CA at the Alkebulan in 2016, it's amazing just hearing how much of this lecture has come to pass.
